    MLP Reviews/Impressions Are Canceled

Exactly what the title says. It was probably obvious that this wouldn't continue since it's been a year since my last one and I barely go on this site anymore, but I thought I'd officially mention it. Since my last post, I've never been interested in the show and haven't seen a single episode. Even when I eventually get back into the show, I don't want to continue these. It was too ambitious, and

I Need to Be Honest With You...

My Season 7 impressions aren't coming out tomorrow. In fact, they're not coming out anytime soon. Why? The simple answer is that I don't enjoy making these anymore. That doesn't mean that I'll never enjoy it again, but for now, I've lost all interest. I haven't had as much free time as I wanted to have, and during the free time I have had, I never wanted to spend it making these blogs. I've

    Hold on...

When rewatching Newbie Dash for my Season 6 impressions, I saw this at around the 3:15 mark. I somehow don't think those numbers in the top-left corner are supposed to be there. Nobody else seems to have noticed it from what I've seen.

Friendship is Magic Season 6 Impressions

In order to stop leaving these to the last minute, I've decided on a different approach. Tomorrow, I will start working on my impressions for every other season, and I'll work on them all on and off. Season 7 will be released on June 30th, and Season 2 will be released on August 1st. Until then, let's talk about Season 6. After The Cutie Re-Mark, I was very cautious going into this season, so I

Friendship is Magic Season 5 Impressions

Sorry about not posting this on time. The extra time at least allowed me to go into more detail for some of these. This is the first season I watched as at came out (up to Canterlot Boutique, anyway), and although I had seen some episode beforehand, this was my first true introduction to the show. Considering that I'm now a fan of the show, it clearly must have been a good introduction. But I'll

Friendship is Magic Season 5 Impressions (April Fools 2018) · 3:14pm Apr 1st, 2018

Fortunately enough, I was able to get this out relatively early, considering I gave myself until the end of April to release this. This is the first season of the show I watched as it aired, and although I was already into the show by the time it started, Season 5 was still effectively my introduction to the series. Before we begin, keep in mind that these are not impressions, so these are 100% final. However, they are not my opinions, either. They are facts, so if you think otherwise about anything I say, you are wrong and you should feel bad. Without further ado, here are my Friendship is Magic Season 5 impressions opinions facts!

(Full reviews of episodes won't be linked because you can find them yourself, you lazy-ass.)

The Cutie Map - Part 1 (2 viewings)
The Cutie Map - Part 2 (2 viewings)

I never would've expected and MLP episode about communism, but here we are. Making the villain a ponyfied Joseph Stalin was a bold move, and it helped make the episode great overall. It's so good that it even inspired Derpibooru to make a change for the better.

Castle Sweet Castle (1 viewing)

No, putting a dead tree in the castle does not make it feel more like home. The castle is still ugly, cold, and unwelcoming. in fact, now it's even less welcoming. This episode is stupid.

Bloom & Gloom (1 viewing)

You think this episode is going to be great because Apple Bloom gets her Cutie Mark, but it's just a dream, so, no. This episode is far from great. It's the clickbait of MLP episodes.

Tanks for the Memories (2 viewings)

This episode has a really important and powerful message that both kids and adults need to know, and I'm glad this episode presented it in a way that even kids can understand. That message is that tortoises do hibernate, and the fact that so many people don't know this and argue with others about it is problem. An argument over this is what started World War I, after all.

Appleoosa's Most Wanted (1 viewing)

This episode has a great moral, in that if you fail at everything, you can still be useful by having other people laugh at your misery. It's an excellent message that everyone needs to take to heart.

Make New Friends but Keep Discord (4+ viewings)

Contrary to what this episode says, you're not allowed to have more than one friend. If your friend has another friend, they're plotting to kill you and take your spot. Always two people are friends with each other. Never more, never less. It's the law of the Sith Order.

The Lost Treasure of Griffonstone (2 viewings)

This episode has an excellent message about the importance of bringing baking powder wherever you go, and I love it because of it.

Slice of Life (2-3 viewings)

This is the best episode ever because it has Derpy... and Lyra... and Bon Bon... and all of those other characters. 10/10

Princess Spike (1 viewing)

We finally got a sequel to The Princess Promenade, where Spike gets to be a princess. Too bad this episode ruins it by acting like The Princess Promenade never happened. That's not how you're supposed to treat your continuity, you know!

Party Pooped (1-2 viewings)

Ew, no. A word like that should not be in the title. This is a kids' show! What if a little girl finds out what poop is? Disgusting.

Amending Fences (2 viewings)

This is an episode that focuses on friends that Twilight had before she moved to Ponyville, even though it was clearly stated that she had no friends before then. Continuity? What's that?

Do Princesses Dream of Magic Sheep? (1 viewing)

This episode is a major disappointment because it never answers the question in the title. It's fine otherwise, but why would you do that? I take back what I said earlier. This is the clickbait of MLP episodes.

Canterlot Boutique (1 viewing)

Rarity finally achieves her dream. Instant great episode. Also, there's no longer any reason to watch any future Rarity episodes because her only purpose has been fulfilled. Not that that will stop me, since I'm a reviewer.

Scare Master (1 viewing)

This episode is a complete rip-off of Stare Master. Or at least its title. I dunno, really. Plagiarism will get you nowhere in life smh

Rarity Investigates! (1 viewing)

Hasbro shamelessly rips off Turnabout Storm. What did I just say about plagiarism?!

Made in Manehattan (1 viewing)

This episode sucks because it's missing a title. I don't care where it was made (as long as it's not in China), I just want to know what to call it.

Brotherhooves Social (1 viewing)

I'm tired of all of this "political correctness" that media tries to promote. Sure, let's remake Sisterhooves Social, except with men instead of women. And if I don't like this episode, apparently I'm just sexist. It's not my fault this episode is a sin to the original.

Crusaders of the Lost Mark (2 viewings)

Another bait-and-switch. You think the CMC finally got their Cutie Marks, but then you realize it's just a fictional TV show. Please stop doing this.

The One Where Pinkie Pie Knows (2 viewings)

This episode is very relatable, since it always feels like the universe is conspiring against me, too.

Hearthbreakers (1 viewing)

Once again, media needs to stop with all of this "political correctness". You don't need to call it Hearth's Warming. Just call it Holidays! It's not that hard!

What About Discord? (2 viewings)

Funniest episode in the series. It takes a lot of comedic skill to dance on a table with your feet in peanut butter jars.

The Hooffields and the McColts (1 viewing)

Wouldn't have been funny if the animals lied about what started the fighting? Just go full-on The Great Divide, here! This episode was fine, but there was still some missed potential.

The Mane Attraction (1 viewing)

Having Lady Gaga as a guest star was the best thing this show ever did, and sadly, it's only downhill from here.

The Cutie Re-Mark - Part 1 (1 viewing)
The Cutie Re-Mark - Part 2 (1 viewing)

This is the best two-parter of the series. Why? Because it's a crossover with Doctor Who and Back to the Future! What is there not to love?

Season 5

This season was split down the middle for me. About half of the episodes were great, and the other half were bad. Thankfully, the great ones were enough to get me into the series, but the bad ones still dragged my experience down. This season also made a lot of bold changes. I didn't think it would start killing off characters, but it did, and I think the writers handled it well. Was rather surprised by the sex scene, though. Kind of felt out of place. Overall this season was meh, but thankfully, other seasons were better. Happy Don't-Trust-Anything-On-The-Internet Day! or Easter if you somehow care about that holiday more

Some of these, I'm proud of. Others I came up with in 5 seconds. I'll let you decide which ones. Hopefully my humor has improved since my riffs and my Runaway Rainbow review.
