    What a way to end the series. From a story-crafting standpoint, I have some complaints about how the final two-parter got rolling, and the resolution isn't how I'd have handled it.
    The overall execution, however, and especially the final final episode, were wonderful.

    Storm-chased complete and changed

    I put up the last chapter of Order-naries: Storm-chased a couple days ago. After looking at it, though, I found myself dissatisfied with the last couple paragraphs, so I've gone back and replaced them with a new, better-paced scene. One that I think works better for Ash and Rarity meeting the dust has mostly settled.

Season Premier reaction: Get off my wavelength, Hasbro! · 9:08pm Mar 25th, 2018

spoilers because duh

So, I used to think Thorax was... distressingly similar to my OC Cabbage Patch. Conscientious objector to the Changelings who becomes ruler of the hive, a big softie with some anxiety and assertiveness issues...
But, now there's THIS cutie bug:

Ocellus has social anxiety to rival Fluttershy, and her initial reactions to having attention turned on her is to turn into a pony, and an Earth Pony at that.

She's also smol.
Lose her pony disguise's buck teeth and shift her color palette, and you couldn't get more Cabbage Patch without stealing my character outright. :rainbowlaugh:
Truly, there is no original idea in the world.
