I am curious. What is it about Shattered that you guys like about it? What positives do you have? What negatives do you have? Something you think that needs to be looked into some more that I should do? Maybe something that could have been taken out completely?
I'm asking out of morbid curiosity, because I want to know what I've done right and what I haven't done right when I wrote this. Your opinions are helpful, and I am listening.

My main problem is that it's shattered glass, the rainbooms will still win. no matter the changes
I've really enjoyed this story, but I really do wish we'd get one scene to show how Applejack or Rarity interact with their sisters. I think it'd be very interesting - or a real gut punch - for the audience to see if AJ does have a redeeming trait in caring for Apple Bloom (who, Trixie said, is pretty decent), or if Rarity doesn't care about Sweetie Belle.
Otherwise, I have no major criticisms of the story. I've really enjoyed a lot of the plot and details: especially the heroic take on the Dazzlings, and the different versions of Octavia, Vinyl, Trixie and Amethyst (the last of which is probably my personal favorite, both for the fun of her love of 80s style, and sad because of how the Rainbooms got her expelled).
So is it done now or are you still working on it? Overall I have really enjoyed this fic but with it looking like the Rainbooms are going to win, that just really bothers me. It bothers me that the Dazzlings have crumbled like this. Normally I like endings where the bad guys win but these are the Dazzlings we're talking about....the ones who got me to stop thinking Equestria Girls was an abomination....especially Aria!
If you haven't finished this, I do hope you have them have a change of heart, go compete and utterly crush the Rainbitches and in the end get their former friends to realize that they are NOT monsters!

I just find the whole concept of transformers shattered glass really interesting (I just love those types of role reversals), and you've applied it to Rainbow Rocks extremely well. I wouldn't change a thing if I were you.

I am still thinking Sunsets used some kinda mind magics on the other Rainbooms to make then not question Sunset and do as she says. Still I do hope all of the rainbooms receive some kinda punishment for all the emotional and physical damages they have done to all of the students after all is said and done.
So far, I like the Dazzlings' interactions with that group of girls. They definitely would seem like good people if they weren't hell bent of making the world adore them.
Next, the Rainbitches.
They make great villains, which is why I hope they get what's coming to them, and don't cop out on their punishment, really let them have it.

It's coming together quite nicely; I'm excited for the big finale. Keep going!
I have nothing to say negative about this story I've been really enjoying it so far. I love the alternative take on everyone. I also love the Dazzlings being the good guys and using their powers in a positive way. I'm looking forward to it how it all works out in the end.
I can't wait until the next chapter comes out this story is amazing.
