I liked it, and to be honest, we all knew raven was going to win. It was less one sided than some of the other recent battles though. (Metal sonic vs zero for instance.) over all they did a good job on it

I liked the battle too. And while i agree on the Outcome, i just dont agree with some of the Points they brought up.
Celestia and Luna Arent the only ones capable of moving sun and moon, theyre just the only ones that can use that spell all by themselves. But if you put a few dozen unicorns into a room and give them a scroll with the spell, they should be able to do it too.

Also Unicorn magic isnt generated by an unicorns Emotion. Starlight is the only one whose powerlevel is entirely dependent on her emotional state, because of her "semblance". Other ponies CAN get a boost from a strong Emotion, but other than that, their emotional state doesnt really matter that much. Snowfall frost didnt believe into the hearts warming eve Story, because Friendship = Magic didnt Sound very scientific. And Sunset had Trouble understanding the Concept too, cause normally, it doesnt work like that.

And they didnt say much about the Element of harmony, or twilights other forms, probably because they thought, that it takes six ponies to use rainbow power etc. However, thats technically not true. The first EG movie showed, that all the power of the Elements Comes from the Crown alone, the other Elements are just a safety measure, to prevent bad guys from using the Crown, and twilgiht COULD use the Crown all by herself, especially, since recent episodes revealed, that the the Elements have an AI, that can think independently and grant powers how it sees fit. the Elements have also withstood several attempts to drain their power, from discords plunderseeds to cozys magic drain. Also they didnt Mention the Elements healing powers.

But even if Twilight could beat Dark raven with the Elements because Type Advantage, it would only allow raven to go White Raven, who would have no Trouble beating Twilight.
