A question both silly and serious. · 12:02pm Feb 28th, 2018
So, clearly you've read the title of the blog. But I want to pose a question. However, just like the pony that is my profile image, I feel like I need to elaborate before I can really get to the question proper.
As part of my way of making sure I have the best possible understanding of the characters I've been writing for as I can get, I've been watching the show every now and then. Bear in mind, with a lack of schedule like mine, I can binge watch the entire series in less than a week. And I just got done watching the episode that probably gets to me the most on a feels level. The one that cemented this show as my "feel good" show. The season 3 finale, Magical Mystery Cure. The reason why this episode tends to try and yank out my tears is because of the same parallels that made Twilight my all-time favorite character in the show. I owe everything to friendship. And I really do mean everything. I wouldn't be mentally stable, out of my mom's house, or able to function half as well as I do without my friends. And that leads me to my silly yet serious question.
It's silly because this is a site centered around a show that literally has "Friendship Is Magic" in the title, so clearly it has a level of importance to all of you, but I'm still curious.
What is "friendship" to you? Doesn't have to include the show at all. This is about you, the person looking at your screen right now. What is "friendship" to you? It might sound silly at first, but when you really think about it, it gets more... interesting, doesn't it? If you would like to answer, feel free. If not, that's fine, too. I'm curious, but my curiosity is easily sated.
