I am ridiculously tired · 2:23am Feb 26th, 2018
Like I can barely lift my arms, and typing this is a fucking chore. But I'm going to type anyways, cuz I'm way behind on my production goals.
The cause of this fatigue? Tenderly wrestling a 3lb poodle that hates being groomed.
Little Lucy here is a literal handful when it comes to haircut time. She doesn't like the vibrations from the shaver. I don't blame here, but damn is it tiring to have to muscle a soap bubble disguised as a dog. But hey, we made progress and got all of this fluff off her!
Still need to trim up her legs, but we can do that later. Right now I just want to bang out some words and get some rest.
Stay classy.

working while tired helps no one, just go to sleep and work when you arent gonna pass out
Who's a good doggie, yes you are. You're not that much of a problem, are you? No, you're a good little doggie. (Unlike the pest I have in my house that goes up to the sliding door and just 'breathes hard' until I lose my patience, lean back, and slide the door open for him. Then he barks at the neighbors until I open the door and yell at him. Then he scratches at the door and hops up and down to get back in. Then we go back to step one. Arrrgh!!!)

Lucy likes to climb up on my side of the headboard of the bed, clamber over onto a shelf where I keep loose brikabrak and my hat and then do the pathetic whimper thing until I look at her. Then it's tiny howel time until I lean my chair over and hold out my hand for her to climb on so I can then hold her so she can then jump off of me to run across the desk and force my wife to pick her up and hold her in my wife's lap.
