What if, instead of a Portal to Equestria and we travel across dimensions., instead we time travel... what if Equestria is Earth many many years, probably millions even billions of years into the future... Equestria Girls is the effect of genetically modifing ourselves to look more like our favorite tv show characters and oc's, then over an international argument, ww3 is started wiping almost all humans off the face of the Earth. The remaining humans are scientists, enginneers, and the like, and since Earth is a desolite waste land and radioactive as fuck, they need to find a way to live in the radiation without hazmat suits, so they turn to actual magic, and transform themselves into ponies that absorb the radiation and convert it into magicka. Fast forward a few million years and we now look like ponies loving in a quite diarchy and have friends wherever we turn.
