    Signal Boosting

Hey, all, I recently discovered an animator on youtube and he does some pretty cool pony animations. He also doesn't have nearly as much attention as he should so if you could please pay his channel a visit and maybe help him out a little, that'd be cool.

    GAOA Status Update 3.14

So, as you all may have guessed, there will be no update this week because it's the Thanksgiving holiday for the BV Team. Hope everyone is staying safe and that your stuff-your-gut-with-turkey-day festivities are grand during this difficult time in human history.

State of the Berylverse - Full Disclosure · 8:25pm Jan 28th, 2018

Similar postings can be found on the blogs of my fellow co-authors on the Berylverse project; Shinzakura and Flynt Coal.

It's been a while since any of us really sat down and went over the plans for the series beyond it's current latest instalment, Seven Days in Sunny June: Time of Reckoning, we all thought we would go over what's to come in a way that doesn't involve cryptic foreshadowing. First of all, I will say that yes, Time of Reckoning will be the end of 7DSJ. But that in no way means that we are finished telling the story of the Berylverse itself. We have already planned literal years worth of content, with some very cool and unique things that I'm not sure has ever successfully been attempted on the horizon.

To help put things in perspective, think of the Berylverse as the Marvel Cinematic Universe: That is to say, we have it divided into "Phases". The completion of 7DSJ will herald the end of what I'm going to call "Phase 2" of the BV (Phase 1, of course, being A Hairy Problem and its sequel). We have detailed plans in place up to Phase 4, and a somewhat rougher plan for Phase 5, which we're thinking may be the grand finale of the whole series.

For those feeling daunted by what's to come, let me clarify by saying: the other "Phases" will not be nearly as long as Phase 2. 7DSJ is a project that kind of got away from us, growing from what was originally just the second book with a oneshot prequel and epilogue to a full on quadrilogy. Suffice it to say, we'll be reigning ourselves in for the following Phases and have them more closely resemble the original plan we had for 7DSJ: With each Phase focusing on only one story with a few tie-in side stories here and there.

After 7DSJ is finally wrapped, we're going to kick off Phase 3 with one shorter side story from all three of us, which will bridge the gap between 7DSJ and the next major story. We hope you all stick around for what's to come. There are some truly diabolical things in the works and we'd hate for any of you to miss 'em!

Additionally, we're all on the Berylverse Discord chat so if you want to discuss this news with us, we're open for questions!
