Of course it's a mirror ...

Normally I wouldn't post on a Sunday at all, let alone a Sunday morning, but I'm under the weather (fighting off flu) and a sibling just dropped this absolute gem of a video into my lap ... So I really wanted to share it with you guys.

Yeah, I could see that.

Used to go out to fancy restaurants years ago.
Lucky for me I didn't go to places with lousy food too often.
We didn't use the internet, we found out about places through newspaper
articles and word of mouth.

The problem is that folks need a way to determine if a place has good food.
Eating out is an investment of time, money and friend's patience.
If you take friends to a sucky place they will bitch.

Online and papers have to be read with a grain of salt
and some one has to be a guinea pig.

Kudos to the guy for going through opening the restaurant.
He could've gone the easy way.
