Hey, all!
I wanted to apologize for disappearing again for so long, and let everyone know what's been happening.
A little over a year ago, I left my job. I left on good terms, and for a good reason. Most of my time and energy since then has been spent looking for a job, with little success. However, things are starting to look up on that front. I recently got an apprenticeship with the help of someone very dear to me, and we both are hopeful that this will lead to something awesome for me. I am also very, very grateful.
Also, without going too deep into it, I've had to take a good, long look at myself lately, and have had to come to terms with some things about myself. It's been hard, but it's been necessary. It may take some time, but I'll get there.
As for what I've been up to, I do have a new story in the works. I won't promise on a delivery date for it, but I'm looking forward to working on it. I'll keep you all posted on its progress, and I hope that you all enjoy it when it's done. I've also been keeping up with photography and have picked up art again after many, many years. Both of these have been great fun.
Lastly, thank you so much for all the new followers and favorites I have missed while I was away. Thank you also to everyone who has been so patient and has stuck around this long. You are all amazing.

I totally understand about the job part. I spent my entire last summer looking for a job, finally getting one in August. It was three plus months of soul-draining searching and I lost a ton of money. Its not easy.
I'm glad things are going better for you. Keep your head up, its worth it. Trust me.

Yeah, it really sucks. It's been tough. That's why I'm really grateful for this apprenticeship. It's only been a week, but it's already lifted my spirits a lot. I'm also glad to hear that you found a job as well.
