No, it can't be. The HMS Celestia is in Hoofington, along the east coast north of Manehattan. Crystal and Co. are in the Marejave, along the west coast (as a parallel to California desert).

HMS (His/Her Majesty's Ships) is applied to Warships. What is in the image is or was an oceanliner, a commercial vessel. In my first fic i established the existence of both the RMS (Royal Merchant Steamer) Celestia and mentioned the existence of the RMS Luna. So in Influx am going to be establishing the existence of the RMS Luna with its wreck in the Marejave.
