New Years AMA: Ask Me Anything · 6:45pm Jan 10th, 2018
I do my best best to respond to as many PMs and comments as possible (and I do take the time to read them all). Having an explicit avenue for it, however, often makes the act of asking less daunting. So feel free to ask me whatever questions you want, be they about writing, me, my cat, or whatever else.
A few years ago, I did a retrospective post of all the writing I had done up to that point. It was super long, and I also tacked an AMA onto it. In retrospect, I think that pairing the two together wasn't the best idea. So here's another one, with a post all to itself.

My Steam account is on my FIMfic profile. Also recently got a Switch (mostly for Breath of the Wild). I used to upload some Let's Plays/gameplay to my YouTube channel, but all the ad baggage got old.

What vidjima game do you prefer then? i.e. I have GTA:V, DOOM, and Witcher the third on PS4.
4770830 Just finished Pyre. Replaying Puzzle Quest. Been playing a lot of Eternal Card Game and Smite. I have the Witcher series but haven't had the willpower to start on them yet.

Smite looks like an interesting game. The other's aren't really my type of genre.
The Witcher series is definitely worth a try (though I haven't played the first two), but they will take up a lot of your time.

She's a temperamental, manipulative mooch. She spends most of her time sleeping on me, my couch, or on valuable electronics. I love her but she's also a pain in the butt.
Any upcoming collab plans?
If not (or even if so), what MLP:FIM stories are on their way in the near future?
4770981 I've actually been trying to work on original fiction, either a short story or a novel. I have a few ideas for either, but it's hard to reorient my brain away from ponies after working on them for so long.
I have done a small amount of pre-writing for the Break Away sequel. I was considering starting it in the summer (since that seemed to work best for the most people's schedules), but I can't say for sure. I want to have a story bible available to the participants this time. I also want to consider more open-ended scheduling, like perhaps having each contributor do their chapter in sequence instead of simultaneously.
So as an actual answer; lots of plans, but nothing concrete yet. My writing style tends to involve a lot of sitting around and thinking, then a burst of activity only when I have no other options.

4771619 I think the best fic(s) I've written so far was the Conquer trilogy. It may have been better off as a single story, but overall I think it is good.
“Princest Is Wincest,” It Said is my most popular story overall. It has received some mixed reactions, but I think it is also one of my better pieces of writing.
More broadly, you could start with any of my stories that are not in this list.
