Millennia chapter 41 update · 4:15am Jan 8th, 2018
Hey guys. I'll just say it based on what I have down so far, and what else I have left to write...
Chapter 41 will be a long chapter. It marks the start of the final climax that will last until chapter 44. Frankly, I see each of the remaining chapters topping at least 5,000 words each (epilogue chapter included). While the pacing may not be as smooth and steady as I previously hoped, there will be just enough so things make sense. For those of you who don't know, in my own works of writing, I absolutely loathe short scenes, anything where more than one horizontal rule can fit on the screen. Of course, sometimes I have no choice if I'm to fit in important bits or make sure a time skip is properly made. However, I feel like there may be quite a few of those throughout the Into the Eye arc.
It's been a long road, but the end is in sight at long last. I hoped to have this story done by the middle of last month, and having my old computer die sadly stood in the way of that. Because I'm still getting back into the groove of things, I will split up my time finishing Eye of the Storm so that these five remaining chapters take me to as far as February, and I will take my time with these chapters. At that point, I will turn my focus back to Deceitful Royalty after a five-month hiatus roughly.
