End Of The Year Update · 4:33am Dec 28th, 2017
Ok, so I know at least one person is wondering what's going on, though I'm sure others have been as well. Basically I've been writing on and off, but mostly not. I'd gotten something started, then decided I didn't like what I'd written, or where it was going, and started over, then I did it again... and again... So I'm starting another fresh restart on the next chapter, with a little bit better of an idea of what I want, and were I want it to go.
So the next part of this update is to inform you all of my New Years resolution. Starting next year, I'm going to do my damnedest to go back to updating at least once a month. I like writing PoW, except for the times I don't (depression is a fucking bitch, would not recommend it), but you guys have also been supportive for a long time, even with my shitty inconsistency, and it's about time I started showing my appreciation by putting out more story, more regularly. So, starting January, look forward to a more regular update schedule.

Not sure an arbitrary monthly update schedule is the best way to go. You'll almost always end up writing because you have to, instead of because you want to. The better way to get motivated is to interact more with people with similar hobbies, meaning those who liked / edited your story and perhaps other authors whose work you respect.

I agree with this. Talking to people about writing, or anything really, always gets me in the mood to do that thing. It gets you hyped up.

Valid point. I'm planning on joining a writers Discord another fimfic author has set up, as well as trying to be more active in the chapter comments. I'll have to cut down on the vidya games, but that's not really a bad thing... probably better in the long run.

Dude, I'm the same way. The hardest part about writing is just sitting down and doing it. Vidya takes way to much of my time.
