Haha. Now time for some benchmarking between using native PCIe and using the bridge/adapter card and a (relatively) modern GPU!
And then once I know that the experiment won't blow up during benchmarking, I'ma stick it into progressively older computers until I reach the ULTIMATE BOTTLENECK!
That being, the lowest I could theoretically go is a 486, which is the platform that the PCI standard came into being on. Though, I'd doubt that any drivers, let alone modern OS's would run, or even install.
