The magical power that came from both Celestia and Celesto along with the Tree of Harmony had unknowingly did more than just revive the life on the planet and changes with the ponies but had altered every lifeform in the galaxy.it filled them all with magical energy. This energy had fused in their body and soul becoming like a shield and sword.allowing them to do things they couldn't before.We currently see the changes of the people of Neo Equus.

Earth ponies:they have gain the power to feel nature better than before allowing to manipulate earthly vines,increase growth rate of plants and even control rocks and metals that contains rocks.They discovered this change a week after the unification and the first to notice was Applejack has she was exploring the new land.As she walking when a boulder began to fell from a mountain, still getting used to her body and legs she slipped and as the boulder was about the smash her she focused everything on her fist and thrusted at the rock pushing it away from her despite not feeling her fist touch the rock.She was confused and tried to move the rock again by pushing it away again and it did tho of shorter distance. She was surprise and told twilight about, at which she told queen celestia.Word spread and some of the earth ponies are testing the limits of their new powers.

Pegasi:they gained the power to control water and air.They discovered two days after the earth ponies.They were discovered by Rainbow Dash has she tries to see if she got any new powers. Yesterday she tried to see of she got any earth power but she failed,she then tried if she got air power because she was a pegasi and well after focusing her hand to swing a cloud to the right,it moved to the right slightly.It made Rainbow feel amazed by herself and went to the her friends to them about what happened.
Rhymey*Who was with Fluttershy at the time* ask her if she move water too since clouds are also made of water.This made her curious and decided to try it on a glass of water Fluttershy was holding.She ask her to hold the glass tightly to make sure it does move away from her hand.she then tried to make it go upward but it only made drop lift for sec only.RD then tried one more time only with more focus and caused a bit more jumped out.Fluttershy and Rhymey were amazed by this Dash felt it was harder than the moving the cloud.Despite that they told the rulers and the rest was history.

Unicorns:They can cast spells they couldn't cast before and have there telekinesis powers increase.The first newly discovered spell was Pierce.Twilight discovered it while training with Lighting. After trying to penetrate his magic resisted skin, she thinks of ways to pierce his skin with her magic. The consist focus, and the building magic allow her horn to develop a greenish color and a strange feeling.she then shot a magic bullet at lighting*who was feeling cocky at the time*and cause him to flinch. Which surprised both of them.Twilight ran to him to see if he was alright. Lighting confirm him that he is alright but was wondering what she do to make it hurt him.She told him she was thinking of percing through his strong skin and as she building magic in her horn, it just happened .Lighting than laughed and told her she may have learned a new spell.Which twilight dubbed Pierce.After that twilight than try to experiment on this new spell and trying to learn more for all of united equestria.

Space ponies:They hardly got anything from it thanks to there magic resist skin and that the magic was widespread instead of focused.Some tried to bend earth,air,plants,and water just like the others but it was very difficult minus to ones that are proficient to those elements.

Warping fairies:They can now make more portals than usual.Krysta discover that a few hours after the unification feeling the magic fill her tiny body.
