The End of an Era · 6:48am Nov 26th, 2017
So, as those of you who've found yourselves in the same physical space as me already know, I wear glasses. I've worn them since I was knee-high to the dinosaurs my father used to hunt, almost 25 years of my life. This week, that era comes to a close, on Thursday specifically. Not gonna lie, I'm somewhat nervous, mostly from the thought of people with scalpels working on my eyes, but the docs here are solid and they know what they're doing. I'll put up a followup with the details once I recover enough from the procedure/the medication they put me on to be coherent.
Or who knows? Could wind up doing medicated blogposting, what could go wrong?
I dunno, what would the difference be?
Good luck and good health with the surgery.
And yes, medically drunk blog posting please. Worst case scenario you have something to laugh at when you become more lucid.
oh cool :D break a leg!
Just make sure not to look up eye surgery from Dead Space
Surgery for what? Must be serious!

Not serious, is ICL (Intra-Corneal Lens) to correct my extremely terribad eyesight
Take joy in the little things, like med-induced sh*t posting
