To those reading my Gundam Crossover fic I am sure you must really be wondering who I will be pairing the pilots up with if you so wish to see such a thing. Well the answer is....
I DON'T KNOW T_T there are so many possibilities that I just don't know. So I will leave it up to you. Give a vote on which pairing you want to see and I'll work it into the story.
Here is how you do it. Just type the pilots name and either put the name of the pony you want to see them with, or put one of their emote faces on it if you want to be creative :P
Example: Heero: Pinkie.

429908 I suppose. Maybe they will start as close friends and maybe move into that. It certainly won't be a sudden thing but something that would require LOTS of building up to. And I mean lots.
429951 Well if it's that then I have some ideas:
1) Quatre x Twilight because of him being a alicorn Celestia will then need to inspect him but with his Alicorn body he might have a better chance than the others, his attitude and liking of learning is the most similar to her among the group.

429978 Quatra's personality could win him a number of the girls. Twilight cause he likes to learn, but then again all the pilots are super smart they would have to be to do the stuff they do. Even Wufei before he went super bad ass was a scholar and even after he became a pilot he was still super smart as he always was two steps ahead of the other pilots. Anyway on with Quatra, Quatra is also very kind and caring so that would win him points with Fluttershy, and him being an Alicorn would surely have Rarity going crazy with ideas for clothes an the simple fact that he is rather polite so Rarity would like him.

Considering his personality Quatra would best fit with Fluttershy no doubt about that. While it's true that they are all smart and could get points with the girls quatra has best chances with Fluttershy due to his kind nature.
Duo is a little more complicated, a good match would either be Rainbow Dash or Pinky Pie. I can't see him with Rarity simply on account that he barely can sit still unless his life depends on that. His humourus nature fits better with RD or PP. But Pinky might be too much for Duo so he would better fit with Rainbow, since both have their pride and competitive nature.
Trowa.... now Trowa is a really tough Nut to crack. Emotion wise he's even more closed off than Heero and THAT'S saying something. But he's also one of the most dependable Pilots from what I remember, and not above sacrificing himself to save his friends, something that takes great loyalty, so he too can get points with Rainbow for that. He is also quite good with animals what could win him points with Fluttershy as well. He is Polite as well and other than the other pilots has patience above all else, and he plans quite far ahead, if his time as operater of the Vayete is anything to go by, so Twilight is also seeable. And with his patience he could even tolerate Pinky. What I can't really see for any of the pilots would be a pairing with Applejack, simple on account of that they all had to do their fare share of deception and missleads, so lying in simpler terms. THAT would be quite a hindrance with her. But the only pairing I can see him with that wouldn't conflict with the other observations of the pilots I made would be with Rarity.
Wufeei... I simply CAN'T see him with anyone... he's more of a lone wolf than the other pilots, then again he's the one most hating undercover methods so he might... MIGHT have a chance with Applejack on that account but that's it.
Heero... now interresting about him... he's also a tough nut to crack... but not as tough as Trowa. He is all about efficiancy and barely leaves things to chance... he one time even went as far as to dismantle Duo's Mobile suit to get the parts needed to repair his own. Curious about him is that once given a target he collects all information available in the time frame he's give to prepare... So the best match for him that I can see would be Twilight.
So let me wrap this up in short again.
Heero X Twilight
Duo either with Rainbow Dash or Pinky (more likely Rainbow Dash)
Trowa with Rarity
Quatra with Fluttershy
and last but not least Wufeei with Applejack
Since I can't really see Pinky doing a long term relationship I guess she'll remain the lone mare out... a pity but her personality is simple too hyper for any of the boys.

Oh sure they were deceptive to the enemy, but thats a bit different from lying to a friend. In their line of work they had to be deceptive as it was war, and we have seen AJ lie before if VERY badly in Party of One*Love that episode. Pinkie is just NUTS XD*

Well, like I said may main Language is German, so his quote might have ben translated differently in german... taking it into consideration now then... well... I still think Rainbow is a better match for Duo.
After carefull reconsidering my above statement of the Pairings I have come to the following conclusion of a set up that should have the best chances to work.
Heero: Twilight (no change there)
Duo: Rainbow Dash and/or Applejack (let's see him handle their competitive nature if it tunrs into a triangle)
Trowa: Rarity (still mostly so that no conflicts arise, but I can see this work)
Quatra: Fluttershy (their natures are just too alike for it to not work)
Wufeei: Pinky Pie (Wuufei is the most serious Pilot... I have heard all of them laughing... except him... so he needs Pinky therapy)

Duo/ Love triangle with RD and AJ x2, AJ, RD
