For the past week or two, I've been performing an extensive edit to Broken Symmetry in preparation for its EQD feature. 
Awww yiss.
I'm still in the process of fixing the story. The changes will include (among other things): added foreshadowing, repairing a couple of plot holes, the addition of graphical charts, an extra scene with Princess Luna, and cosmetic fixes.
I'm going to take the story down (temporarily) sometime tomorrow so people will stop reading it in half-fixed form. It's partially-edited at the moment so please wait until I'm done with the edits to view it again. (I'm only delaying the takedown so my Broken Symmetry watchers will have a chance to see this blog post.) I need to learn Adobe InDesign today, because I'm adding charts and I just discovered the final chart illustrating all the shenanigans is too complex to justify drawing by hoof (even though I've done it, it begs for something better). 
So all the charts will end up being done professionally.
The updated story is the next thing I'll post, in all likelihood. I think it will be worth rereading again if you haven't read it recently. (Besides, who honestly doesn't want to read more dorkhorseshipsaga?) If you have read it recently, it'll at least be worth skimming it to see the three diagrams I'm adding and some of the improved explanations of the science behind it. I'll definitely make a blog post describing the extent of the changes once it's ready.

I get the sense that the charts will be very helpful. Also looking forward to seeing the adjustments to the scientific explanations.
Oh well. I never got the time to reread the story so I could give my thoughts but... Oh well. Looking forward to the updated one however. I am sure images will help
That means pony Feynman diagrams with anti-Twilights and anti-Moondancers moving back in time and annihilating with Twilights and Moondancers? Yay!
I'll definitely re-read the last chapter, at least. I thought it was rather hasty and didn't flesh out Luna's relation with Moondancer sufficiently thoroughly.

Luna is going to meet with Moondancer in the middle of the story to help with that issue, although I thought I already made some of that change before you'd read it.
