Guys, thank you so, so, so much!
As of right now, at least, Blonde Moments has made its way into the top 1000 ranked stories on Fimfiction. So, as far as ratings go, it's my first story to achieve that goal and I couldn't be happier.
The reason this matters so much to me is I've put so much time and effort over the last 4 years on this site to improve at writing, refine my ideas and develop more life-like characters. It hasn't been an easy road, but I always felt I was making progress.
With Blonde Moments, I've never put more effort into a story. Everything from the ground up has been meticulously planned and cared for to create a great reading experience. Even non-Spike fans have read it and found enjoyable qualities. Why that is? I'm not really sure. But I can tell you that although it's not my most popular work, it's definitely the one that I feel has the most effort behind it.
My goal when trying to write it has been to create a Spike romance story with body, depth, emotion and patience. So basically, a romance that feels natural from beginning to end, as well as one that has a deeper message to convey, one that will be revealed in its own time.
Anywho, before I start dragging this on longer than it needs to be, I just wanna say thank you one more time for this awesome achievement and here's to the future.
