It is officially November 1st where I am, and that means the start of NaNoWriMo - or more relevantly for me, NaPoWriMo. Admittedly I'm only setting my personal goal at 30K rather than 50K, but I'd rather set a smaller but more attainable goal that torture myself trying to get to 50K when my drive/muse/whatever isn't cooperating. Especially because I effectively only have 24 days to work with, as the other six I'll be at my sister's wedding and far away from my computer. If I get close to 50K then good for me, but I'm neither shooting for it nor expecting it.
I will, of course, be pouring all of my work into Synchrony and Sunset in Ponyville. I'm not certain if I'll be posting any of the chapters I finished as per my usual schedule; I don't want the editing to eat away at writing time for me or Applety (if she's doing NaPoWriMo as well).
So tentatively I'll tell you all not to expect anything new to come out this month, but for several chapters to come out early in December. If that plan changes, I'll let you all know as usual.
