There's a good chance you've seen this by now, but if you haven't, give horizon's blog about an experience at BronyCon a read, because this is not and will never be okay.
Hey folks -- I'm a day late on this (I was away from home for the holiday) but I'm excited so I just have to throw it out there anyway!
If you're still winding down from your Christmas but aren't quite ready to give up on the holiday spirit, may I suggest this amazing new reading of "Home" by Scribbler?
Since I have no better place to put this, I'll put it here: Nightmare Night is a way cooler holiday than Halloween. There's a coherent mythology that's just the right amount scary and the extra ritual of the candy offering just adds to it. I've been considering that Trixie might grow up celebrating Nightmare Night instead of/in combination with Halloween until she starts thinking I'm hidiously embarrassing.

I love Nightmare Night. "Luna Eclipsed" is still my favorite episode.
