Chapter 15 Livewrite (with TSSSF!), and Editors · 2:17am Oct 25th, 2017
Hey there, lads and lasses! Golden here. I'm sitting here with my Ch. 15 draft open, working my way through some drama in the aftermath of the last chapter's events, and I was thinking of trying out a Livewrite.
For those of you not in the know, a Livewrite is when any of you lot that are interested come along to keep me company while I work on the draft. I've also got a server set up for a bunch of people to come in and play a game of Twilight Sparkle's Secret Shipfic Folder, the premiere card game for casual brony get-togethers. Of course, you could probably play Cards Against Equestria, too. But that's just a rip-off. This thing's original!
So here's me inviting you all to my Discord to join me as I listen to my writing music and work on the draft. You can hang out and play TSSSF with whoever shows up, ask questions about the setting or direction of EH (I'm not spoiling any plot stuff, though!), and just have a good time.
Also, my amazing editor m1ntfan is going into a busy period of his semester, and won't be available to edit as often as he usually is. As such, I'm looking for new talent to back him up! I'm mostly looking for editors to comb over my drafts with fine detail, picking out sloppy prose, repetition, or grammatical mistakes. That doesn't mean I'll ignore any story-related feedback an editor might give, though! I've scrapped a chapter over like 8k words before on his astute suggestions.
I'll be in here writing for a bit. Dunno how long. But I'll tell you one thing, it'll probably be longer if there's people interested in this kind of thing.
