Hey, friends! I'm vacationing, currently writing you from a hotel in Mt. Vernon, Washington. For the three of you who care, I'll take a bunch of photos of the survivalist camp old factory in Concrete.
For the rest of you, I have a couple of story updates too... one for the HNE sequel I'm supposedly writing, another for DonkAI.
HNE 2 (working title) is still bonking around in my head every day, three times a day. The concept has shifted a lot since I first conceived it, but I think that's for the best. It is no longer a direct continuation of Eliza's story, though it does focus on a few of her relatives and their adventures in Equestria Online. I want to do something new or unique with every story I write, so I'm striking out with a concept I feel is largely underrepresented thusfar in the 'Verse. Stay tuned.
No ETA, still fighting writer's block really hard here. I have a good story outline, but I keep wanting to throw out everything I write. Imagine the stereotype of a writer angrily balling up every draft and wastecanning them. If anyone has any advice to break through this kind of block, please share. I'll be indebted.
For DonkAI, I blame the lack of new chapters on general laziness. For those of you who attend the Optimalverse Discord, you know a few already. I'll probably slam a chapter out once my vacation is through in a couple of days. It might be a little longer than the others. I just need to do it. /shialebouf
