WHO LIKE CLOWNS?! · 3:39am Oct 24th, 2017
Heeeeeeeey readers!
Do you LIKE clowns or Love them?!
Don't answer! Your answer doesn't change what's going to happen so just sit back and let it happen!
Anyhow, our first clown based art comes from none other than thegreatcat14! And I barely had to convince her to draw against her will at all!
Look at that makeup and alluring smile! Don't you just want to follow that lovely, and no doubt hilarious, Dazzling into a windowless panelvan?! The pic is based on the latest arc of The Dazzlings Are Insane! A totally down-to-earth arc that's not disturbing on multiple-levels what-so-ever!
OR NEXT piece of clown-related joy comes from Nova Quill and joins her already stellar art! She was inspired by your's truly who was being visually assaulted treated to one of those real-life Spanish dancing Equestria girls by none other than the aforementioned GreatCat!
So it all comes full circle like a clown on a unicycle honking it's big, red nose.
Check out this smile!
Why, it's already attracting fans!
There is literally no escaping it!
Well, that's plenty of clowning around for now!
Get it?! GET IT?!
Let's celebrate the joy of clowns with a big batch of mysterious red balloons, water runoff grates, and our favorite Billy and Mandy references!
. . . .....AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUGH! GALLOP! GALLOP FOR YOUR LIVES! THE CLOWNS ARE COMING! THE CLOWNS ARE COMING!
I'm not full coulrophobic, but I find modern clowns annoying and juvenile. We need a return to the old capering motley-and-bell 'professional fool' tradition who speaks truth to power and offends the sensibilities of the rest of the court with witty satire and outrageous behavior.
I consider Harpo Marx to be the last true Clown. If only John Oliver would occasionally don fancy dress and learn to juggle or play an instrument.
For that matter, Americans need to embrace the traditional Christmas Panto and black comedy Punch and Judy routines.

IT kinda ruined the modern perception of clowns... Over and over again.

In any case, I was freaked out by the evil clown dream sequence in Peewee's Big Adventure long before IT could put me off clowns.
Also, Hop Frog by Poe.

I don't care about clowns. I happen to like the whole creep vibe that some give off and while I can readily admit if one is scary, they don't bug me. They are a little bit too loud for my tastes and happy, but I am indifferent to the whole phobia of them. I like the horror vibe of them. To me, they are clowns, but they are just a little bit too cheerful and upbeat, and sociable for my tastes.

Poor guys I feel so bad for them! I liked the movie! I thought it was good, but I am not going to attack a clown! I am afraid of spiders, I am not going to attack a guy dressed up as a spider for Halloween to scare kids for money for some kind of charity event of some kind. I don't know if there is one, but i feel so bad for them is the point!
I've been scared of clowns ever since I watched that Simpsons episode (if you're a Simspons fan, you can already guess which one). Watching the original "It" made it worse. I'm not full-on terrified of them, but anything creepy to do with clowns always manages to scare me, regardless of how silly it is.
No.
I start to understand why coulrophobia is a thing c.c;
I read your first line in Binky the Clown's voice

Eh, they are a hit and miss. I like the Joker but is terrified of Pennywise. The old one. Bill is actually a tad less scary without make-up.

Yeah. I'm guessing Clown enthusiasts are less than thrilled about the success of the new IT. It's impressive and unfortunate for them that the movies basically do so well they alter an entire societies perceptions of clowns.
Won't someone think about the clown enthusiasts?

And this isn't the first time something like this has altered a person's grip on reality and attacked that group. Not specifically clowns, but if something is really scary, controversial or otherwise, people go crazy, attack said thing, and declare it horrible purely because they can't tell reality apart. I mean, I don't much care for clowns, but I am smart enough to realize that IT is just a movie and not all clowns are as evil as Pennywise. But I have an addiction to the macabre, and horror.. so I guess i like the horror aspect of clowns. My self esteem and Fluttershy sense of esteem prevents me from actually liking them. Like Pinkie. I am just too much of an introvert to appreciate them
One fucker is enough to screw it up for everybody else!
4706511 I never realized how much I loved the idea of clown snobbery until I read this, and I hope you publish more.

Least I'm not one of those twits who thinks Carlin was the greatest. The man relied too much on simple vulgarity and didn't even know what mean and median means.
4706523 I feel like clown-shaming is something Aria could make a full time hobby out of.

The first panel of the comic, caused me to realize that they've obviously never Googled "female juggalo".
