Computer is acting up again. It's being slow and laggy. (I'm writing this at the library right now.) Sometimes I can access it to write, and sometimes it just refuses to even load the main screen.
Someone suggested running Malware Bytez. I'm going to download that at the library today and try that, see if it works...
If it isn't one thing with my life, it's another...
I'd be more worried about bad sectors in your hard drive than a virus, but a virus can't be ruled out. If you've had to force your pc off with a hard shutdown, then definitely do a chkdsk scan. If it shows any evidence of bad sectors (provided it's a HD and not an SSD) then the disk check tool from the manufacturer might be good to run. I also recommend speedfan and crystal disk info. Need help, then let us know. I'm sure I'm not the only IT guy around.
Yeah.
