I'm bored and I'm currently taking a short break from memorizing dates for a quiz, so let's see your thoughts on some upcoming events for Equestrian Human!
If you want some juicy spoilers for what to expect in upcoming chapters, just click into the blog. I'm putting everything behind a page break for those of whom would rather avoid knowing major plot points ahead of time.
Either way, here's a list of major events that the upcoming chapters will be based around, with what'll probably be some filler chapters providing leeway between chapters so I don't burn through it all too quickly. Keep in mind that the list isn't entirely complete, and that the way I've planned the story is by starting with a set beginning and ending, and slowly filling things in-between.
I may or may not have gotten the idea for this method of story planning from the author of the Michael Vey series, Richard Paul Evans.
1: Upon arriving at Cloudsdale, Gadget and Delmar discover that Celestia had recently visited Rainbow Dash's family, and promptly left a few hours before the duo arrived. Gadget doesn't know of this until asking around for a little while, and finally talking to Rainbow Dash herself, who is discovered to be unable to fly, and had recently recovered from a deep coma from an accident many years ago. It is then learned that Celestia is heading for Sweet Apple Acres undercover to watch for reported "suspicious activity".
2: Upon being pointed out by Apple Bloom/Big Mac, Celestia personally takes in the two for questioning.
3: Gadget explains the circumstances and what her task was, as well as what she is/was doing, and reveals existence of portal in hopes for spawning trade.
4: Probably some filler chapter or two of Gadget explaining Earth to Celestia.
5: Celestia, mildly interested after previous briefings, releases Gadget and Delmar on the terms that they lead her directly to the portal, and show her Earth.
6: That's as far as I've gotten for now.
7: Far future-- Something, something, Lunar Republic.
