No updates for more than a year, oh my...

    Erm... I live?

    *sees glares*

    OK, I am sorry. Really.

    So here is the stuff:

    1) I have found to my displeasure that I need to go back to drawing board for the Western Wastelands arc in the "Fallout: Equestria Girls" story. I can churn out a chapter or two without doing that, and then I will have to rethink a number of things.

Going on a vacation for 2 weeks

Internet reception is not likely to be good, so I am basically offline; if I do happen to come around, it's not for long.

Sorry everyone, was not able to update anything in time.

I haven't seen "Forgotten Friendship" in full yet, but from what bits I saw on YouTube, my own headcanon got screwed (namely, that Sunset never got back to Equestria and never saw Princess Twilight and Princess Celestia until the events of Fallout: Equestria Girls).

Expect some retcon. There won't be much, but Chapter 31 at least will have to be re-written a bit.

MLP: The Movie characters in Fallout: Equestria Girls? · 8:33am Oct 11th, 2017

I have not been able to see the MLP: The Movie yet, but I have a question to ask. What do you think of the idea of me making human world counterparts of the characters that are unique to the movie?

I don't think all of them would fit, but so far I think at least Tempest Shadow and Captain Celaeno can be fit into the story.

Theoretically, they should have EQG counterparts, given that both worlds are in many ways mirroring each other, so it shouldn't clash with canon in that way.
As always, my opinion is "if it works, go for it. But if it doesn't, don't force it".

Thanks

Once I see the movie, I will make the final decision.

I agree with Solana. If you can fit them in a way that works and is meaningful, then go for it. But you really should see the movie before you plan anything concrete.

That's what I'd want to do as well.

But you really should see the movie before you plan anything concrete.

OK then, thanks

Sounds good.

If you can’t find a way to make them work, turn them into sodas and snacks.

Thanks for your thoughts

I imagine this:

Twilight and Sunset walked into a bar and headed straight to the bartender.

"What are you girls gonna have?" The bartender asked.

"Give me three shots of Tempest Shadow," Twilight said.

"I'll just have Nuka-Cider and a Captain Celaeno sandwich," Sunset repied.

"Coming right up," bartender walked into the back.

"Twilight, are you sure you can handle Tempest Shadow? This is, like, the toughest drink in the human world", Sunset whispered in Twilight's ear.

"Pffffft, I am a Princess, I can handle this," Twilight replied.

Five minutes later Twilight was lying on the barstool, totally plastered.

"Amateur," Sunset muttered, eating her Celaeno sandwich.

I like Blazeblast4's idea about snack names. If you do that, don't forget Fizzle Pop Berry Twist.

Doestn't that sound delicious?

To be honest, it sounds like one of those sizzling sweets that tingle your tongue :rainbowlaugh:

But maybe delicious too

You mean Pop Rocks? Hey, if you chase Fizzle Pops with Nuka-Cider would your stomach explode? lol

Oh have you seen MLP The Movie? You do know who Fizzle Pop Berry Twist is right? It's Tempest Shadow's real name.
