Howdy, everyone! First and foremost, as alays, Adorable Applejack:
Now then, do you know Georg? What am I saying, of course you do! He's one of the best writers on this site. His style of whimsy mixed with a flowery prose that never sinks to full-on purple is a joy to read. Well, just today he released a new story called The Lazy Dragon of Dragonvale and other stories. It's a fantastic attempt at writing a G-rated kids story.
When he mentioned in a blog about how he was considering doing a reading for the fic, I jumped at the opportunity to do it for him. Not only a chance to work with one of my favorite writers, but also a chance to stretch my VO muscles a bit.
I'd love it if you listened and told me what you think. Did I move too fast? Mush any words? After you listen, go and give the story a thumbs up! It's a great read by a great author.

My goal for these (as it evolved) is to make them kid-friendly bedtime stories, and Jake has this wonderful rolling cadence to his reading that's just perfect. A+ reading.
