Sensation - The End · 4:22am Oct 4th, 2017
I finished drafting "Sensation" tonight.

Like most other chapters, I finished writing it in my notebook at the Caribou Coffee here in Maple Grove. I wrote the words "The End" tonight at around 8:45, shortly before it closed, then got up, went for a walk around the lake, and listened to "I Lived." It was a reflective way to end the night, though I think, truthfully, it hasn't hit me yet. I don't think it will until I hit "publish" in a little over a week.
I've been working on this story for nearly four years, and now, it exists in the world in some kind of completed form. There's still a lot of editing to be done (and I'm really glad I pushed back the release date until the 13th), but the end of the story is right there on the page. I've been thinking about this ending for a long, long time, how I want to compose it and how I can best present, and I'm satisfied with where it ended up. I hope, deep in my heart, that you find it just as satisfying.
In any case, I've made a thing. It's a big thing, and I hope it has in some way inspired you to make things of your own. I know it's certainly changed my life for the better.
Thank for reading my rambling. There will almost certainly be more when it goes live, but for now, I'm going to go dream of my favorite pony.

I have enjoyed every second of your thing and getting to explore this incredibly dynamic relationship you have created. It has most certainly inspired me to create my big thing and I really hope you strive to make even bigger things!
