Season Eight Episode Reviews: Molt Down

This week is a Spike episode? What a re-”molt”-ing development this is!

Let's look at “Molt Down,” the episode that will surely be perfectly normal and have no long-lasting repercussions on a character's appearance.

Season Eight Episode Reviews: Break Up Break Down

I dread going into this week's episode. For today, we discuss matters of the heart. Romance, love, heartbreak, and all that rot. Which means we run right into the most loathsome of all fandom constructs, the kind of thing that destroys friendships and leaves the most brilliant of minds curled up helplessly in a corner, foaming from the mouth:

    SHIPPING.

We've had a string of good episodes the last few weeks. Whether it be shapeshifting seaponies, an actual Celestia episode, or discovering Starlight's dark phase, we've had lots of fun and plenty of laughs.

I'm bored. I'm feeling depressed. I haven't written anything in two weeks. This week's episode was just okay (good moral, though), and there's no way I'm going to a theater and ruining some child's viewing of the movie this weekend.

So in the meantime, here's Trixie being adorably annoying.

Because we all need more Trixie/Starlight in our lives.

Why don't they just kiss already? :raritydespair:

Because we all need more Trixie/Starlight in our lives.

I certainly concur.

Trixie's text also shows why punctuation is important; one comma turns the whole lot into a slur.

You should go to the movies!

I agree, you should go see the movie. I'm going to, little kids be damned.

The kid won't worry too much about ruining your viewing, so why not? :pinkiecrazy:
