For those of you not in the know, I work retail- in a card store no less- so as holidays get nearer, my free time shrinks. So I don’t have that chapter update of The Last Unicorn Princess ready, nor do I think I will be done by next weekend. I’ll try to post it before February ends.
Sorry sorry sorry, I don’t have the next chapter of The Last Unicorn Princess ready to post- although I’m sure longtime followers kind of expected this of me. 
I had a lot more real-life responsibilities come up that made juggling my projects all the more difficult- but I will post the next chapter- with illustrations- next Sunday.

First of all, I added the illustrations to The Last Unicorn Princess fic, so check them out if you’d like.
Secondly, I’d like to discuss another three really entertaining (to me) MLP episodes, so let’s get started on that!
The Perfect Pear- Loved it! There were a lot of romance clichés, but I’m pretty forgiving when it comes to love stories. And stories with Felicia Day (especially singing!) in them. The episode kinda ruined my head canon that AJ’s mom was an Orange- how are the oranges related to the apples, anyway? I want an apple family tree. Maybe the TV show won’t do it, but the IDW comics could.
Fame and Misfortune- Well, the Mane six are finally recognized across Equestria- and just goes to show ya, recognition isn’t always a good thing. Didn’t Rainbow Dash already have a fan club, so shouldn’t she be used to being adored by now? And RIP Rarity’s business- I don’t think a song is going to fix her reputation. Despite my nit-picking, I enjoyed this ride.
Triple Threat- Too bad Friendship is Witchcraft isn’t around anymore to turn this into a story about Spike hiding his lovers from each other. But maybe that’s too obvious? Maybe it’s just that I’m too organized about my schedule, but I couldn’t relate to the double-booking thing. I did like seeing Thorax and Ember again- and seeing their personalities clash was fun, too. Ever heard of the phrasing “the more, the merrier”, Spike? Just explain what’s going on and ask if you could all hang out.
