    WriteOff Shill: Redux: Artlectic Bugaboo

    So, it's about that time again. Figure I'd plug the WriteOff event before it actually got started this time. Seems helpful. Anyway, this is one of our odd rounds, called "pic2fic." Cover art for stories is important, and difficult. The difficulty is compounded by my lack of artistic talent. Even basic Photoshop stuff is tricky. It's not so bad when a story is inspired directly by an episode, since I can just fire up an episode and take a semi-appropriate screenshot and call it a day.

But when it's not? I'm not sure what to do about that. I'm not quite vain enough to commission art for ~3500 words, but I can't really make things myself.

Maybe it's time to get good?

Yours all look pretty good, yeah. Even that one of Trump's face imposed on Jupiter's red dot is technically acceptable, if soul crushing... if that's even what it is. But I digress.
