    tfw you get more writing done in the last 2 weeks than you did in the 50 before that...

    Fuck's sake. With everything going on and with my self-imposed deadline coming up, I've been able to get a ton of writing done. Hopefully I can have the rewritten Chapter 16 ready to go, but it should be ready within the month.

    Large part of it is because this chapter grew in size again. I don't know what it'll be when it finishes, but it's looking pretty hefty.

Nightmare Nights Dallas is closing · 11:01pm Aug 15th, 2017

I'm really disappointed by this. I've been to NMND 3 times of 4, and will be going to this year's iteration. That this had to happen right after I moved to the DFW area is really disappointing.

Like it or not, the fandom's activity truly is dwindling. With the movie coming up, I wonder if there will be a Newbie Boom like there was for Star Trek as the movies came out, but there are no cons in Texas now, which makes me wonder what the future holds for the fandom.

Sadly sometimes folks get burnt out. Also I am sure another will open up somewhere in Texes just it takes alot of work do you blame them?

Oh no. they're going out like Brony Fan Faire did, at the height of their game. I'm just disappointed that it had to happen right after I moved to DFW.
