I left these ideas on a table at Bronycon, but I figure I'll throw them out here as well, plus a couple of new ones! Free to anyone who wants to use them!
-Cheese Sandwich travels to a dimension where everything is made of cheese. Pinkie hitchhikes with. Somehow she is elected mayor over him.
-Applejack is cloned. The clone is exactly like her, except she spells her name with one P and two A's. This leads to the next great war.
-Something involving the word "pulchritudinous." Anything.
-Pinkie sets water to Sugarcube Corner. Like setting fire to something but with water. I dunno man.
-A pony named Fauntleroy Barkshot moves to Ponyville. But the story takes place in Appleloosa and never mentions him. Also there's a cerberus.
-Ponies learn that horses are incapable of vomiting. They find this out after having a competition to see who can swallow the most ipecac. Also there's a cerberus.
-Twilight travels to Cerberus Mountain. There, she encounters a sasquatch.
-Ponies crossover with Pong! Oh wait I tried this before nevermind please move on.
-The first male alicorn is born. His parents are stunned and don't want to break the natural order so they raise him as a mare. Actually wait that one doesn't sound as silly as the others. Go for it man.
I feel like Pinkie Pie setting Sugarcube Corner on water is the most likely event that could happen in the show. Muffins get soggy in water after all.
