I would go either for the newest form of the dodge charger or the 1969 version

I would use the money to build a LBSCR E2 0-6-0T then modify it so i can steer it and drive it on the road, so yes a drivable steam engine

Actually I never had a car made before '76, after recently having to replace my timing belt with the aid of a mobile mechanic. He gave me a quick rundown of how much easier it was with cars from that era, mostly because he didn't need a specialty tool for some of the things he did need them for on my car. It was a long day trying to work around in the small space we had, knowing we couldn't pull the engine block out of the compartment.
