There might be some words coming in the near future, as I participated in a Writeoff again. Keep an eye out over the next week, though no guarantee that they're not strange or silly. Not sure if this will wind up in Spark Notes or in a new place all to it's own... We'll see.
But even more exciting!: I had lots of important things to do today, and so wisely chose to procrastinate instead. In the process I have solved the everpresent problem of Fimfiction... what story should you write?? Using the most sophisticated of computer magicks, I have constructed an automaton to generate the freshest ideas, guaranteed to earn top slot in the coveted feature box.

I'm still doing some tweaks with the underlying algorithms, but it's set to crank out one new story idea every hour. If that cannot sate your need for writing gold, you can tweet 'newprompt' at it in order to receive your own personalized prompt, ready for a new masterpiece that will get you thousands of followers and tens of thousands of upvotes and at least three or four comments.
If you're interested in the mechanics behind such a thing, let me know in a PM and I can share the code; there's pretty easy ways to implement text generation, it just takes some cleverness to make it diverse and interesting. You can probably see some of the structural form choices in what it's made so far, though I've been further complicating its insides throughout the day.
