Ok, making another fic. Possibly going to redo the moon and its wolf. · 5:27pm Aug 4th, 2017
Yes yes I know I had said it was making another already, but this is different. This will not relate to the universe of the Moon and it's wolf, instead it will be a different universe. But enough about that, I am having serious thoughts of redoing the moom and its wolf. And I know that people still reread it, and come back hoping for another chapter... so here's where the problem begins. If I read do it I may have to redo the prologue, and take the story in a different direction, something I really do not want to do. But if I do worry right it I might be able to make the chapters longer, and more in depth in detail. So I'll leave it up to you...should I rewrite it or should I just leave it as is?
Well, here are my thoughts on this. You don't really need to rewrite The Moon and Its Wolf. It could use more details added to it to increase what you've written and expand on the story world, and it could use some touching up to fix some grammar. Aside from that, it has a unique plot, the characters are likable, and you give it an energy that brings the whole thing to life in a way that I don't see that often. Don't take this the wrong way, but you don't really write in a professional sense like other writers on the site. That being said, I don't dislike your style; it has a more upbeat life to it that you only really get from people who are trying to give a listener the purest feelings so that they can almost see things from your side of the awesome tale. It's refreshing, in a way, and it attracted me to your story as well as held my attention.
The only major gripe I've had with your story was how fast things happened. In just the few chapters you've written there have been a lot of things happening and it... kind of made it difficult to truly take in and appreciate everything you've put into it (hence my mentioning of adding more details to slow the pace a bit).
However, it seems that you have new ideas you'd like to throw into your story, which is all well and good... but you have to be sure you want to change it. There's no reason to alter the entire story if you feel that it's what others are pressuring you to do - only do it if you think that it would enhance it to your liking. I cannot stress it enough, only write what you enjoy. It'll feel much more satisfying that way. If you're interested, take a look at some of my stuff. Every word I write comes from my core and it has made me glad to have put it down for others to appreciate, but I only write what I want. I write to exercise my creativity and to get random thoughts solidified into something that I can keep and look back on. Every chapter brings a smile to my face, and it's made even better when I can share that smile with any of my readers.
As for your other fic, I'll offer my 2 cents on that as well. Don't feel that you should be bogged down by a story. Some stories just... lose their passionate flames in your heart. It'd suck if you lose interest completely, but I can't blame you if you drop it all together (lord knows I've got a graveyard of incomplete stories on my computer that may never be completed). Sometimes it's just writer's block wreaking havoc on your mind, or you just can't find a reason to keep going with it. In my case, I tend to just get overwhelmed by fresh ideas and I move on to the new ones since they tend to burn the brightest for my creativity. Other times, like I'm currently going through with two of my stories, my mood shifts and I can't get the right mentality going to properly write what I want. With me being more on the angry and depressed side of the scale, Hazel Eyes has been the only story I can work with at this time.
Hope you can get something positive out of my little rant here. Good luck with finding your own path with your stories, and in life, and I look forward to seeing more of your stuff.

Actually, Spoiled Rich is pretty much an open slate as far as personality goes. She only really showed up in one episode. You can do whatever you want with her character/personality, kind of like what some authors have done with Derpy Hooves, DJ Pon-3, Octavia, and so on. The show has only given a basic glance at what she's like since she's more of a background character.
If you want to take a look at a brief little bio for Spoiled, you can check out This MLP wikia. I assume that the site is safe to visit since it's a fan-made wiki page and I tend to visit it to brush up on things for characters I use in my stories. Though I do use a mac computer...
If you don't trust the link then to sum up Spoild's personality; she's a very selfish pony. She's pushed her views onto her daughter, Diamond Tiara, and views anypony of lower social standings as insignificant lowlifes. Simple translation... she's a pushy bitch.
But! Spoild does care for her family... if my memory serves me correctly... maybe not... might have been from a fic I read once, I'm not sure anymore.
