Update + BronyCon 2017 · 1:36am Aug 1st, 2017
Well... it's been a while.
Let's get the first subject out of the way right here and now: I apologize for not posting any new updates or stories for the last several months. There are really no excuses I can give to make up for my lack of content other than reality giving me cold hard smackdowns quite often lately. My career has kept me especially busy and has left me physically and mentally drained almost every day, plus I have had several family commitments and personal matters that have sprung up left to right, so the energy and focus on writing has suffered greatly. Things have been too busy to keep a clear head anymore and trying to split my focus up has become a drain for me nowadays, and I'm trying my best to clear things up. I always try to have fun when writing, and if I put myself in a position where I'm just forcing something out rather than thinking about it creatively, then there's no point in continuing any story, so I'm making sure I enjoy what I'm writing before I publish it.
That said, I would like to point out that I have NOT stopped writing for anything. I have been getting countless inspirations for new stories and find it difficult on which ones to start up or return focus to. My current big story, Battery, is still being written out, and I plan to upload the next couple updates when I feel I've written far enough ahead to catch everyone else up. I am also working on new stories that go outside MLP (but doesn't fully exclude ponies) that I promised to make nearly a year ago, which is a nice refresher for me because it helps me explore new territories to expand my own headcanon and its combined universes. Expect updates and links to come soon enough, and I make a vow that the next update you'll see will be within the month of August.
At the same time, I have ventured off into a new territory back during the winter: an official Facebook page! That's right, I started up my own page under the name Jesus Manson: The Metalhead Brony where I cover things based around my love for My Little Pony and rock and metal music. There are songs posted every day, the occasional reviews of the latest MLP episodes and analysis of certain topics, and a video post every now and again. Needless to say, a portion of my attention has been diverted to that as well, so if you're in the mood for a rocking time with the ponies, click the link above and give the page a like and follow!

I'm going back to BronyCon! That's right, I'm heading back to the biggest pony celebration of the year for the third time in a row, and I'm as excited as ever! This year's con has all of the Cutie Mark Crusaders together for the first time, all the analysts/reviews involved in Analysis Anarchy will be in attendance, and with the panels bronies that are hosting have already announced, there's already plenty of ways to have fun! I will also be on the Brony Bar Trot once again, so if anyone's out and about at the trot, hope to see you there to raise a glass and sing some Winter Wrap-Up and the Rainbow Rocks soundtrack. This will be a much-deserved vacation that's already long overdue, and I can't wait to hang out with all the fellow bronies again!

Are you still working on Battery or is it cancelled? I really want to know what happens to Nyx and her family as well as Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle’s relationship. Also, do you plan on doing more stories with Nyx, Team JAG, The Mane 6 and Taismo in the future? If so, then I look forward to it as Nyx is my favorite little filly aside from the CMC as she is so adorable and cute
