Hey guys!
This is just a quick info blog as to why I didn't produce my usual updates this week.
So, I'm not going to bore you with my problems, but I'll give you the skinny. I've had a lot going on this week. I had to pull a 55-hour work week and then yesterday, hell broke loose.
So, I'm driving home from work yesterday, usual Friday afternoon traffic congestion. It's a pain, but what're you gonna do? Now, I've been driving an older Hyundai for awhile and whilst pulling up to a stop light, the car completely craps out. Transmission won't shift down and the car shuts off. Now, this car is an automatic transmission, so I knew it would be far more expensive to fix then otherwise.
That being said, I had set aside some time to write last night. I wanted to work on Blonde Moments and my contest entry for Manaphy's comp he's got going on, but instead, I spent 4 hours at a car dealership, trading in the old and getting a new one.
I managed to get a new Nissan Versa, 5 speed stick (because manual transmissions are so much better in the long-run) and now I have a functional vehicle. But, due to all the extra work and stress, updates didn't happen.
On that note, I'll be working to pump out a couple updates over the next few days. I should have my contest entry finished up and with any luck, I'll have the next chapter of Blonde Moments ready to go by Monday or Tuesday.

I don't think they sell the Versa here. We get the Pathfinder, Maxima, and Navara (4WDs) as well as the Tiida (sedan) and the Micra (hatch) in Australia.
