The Reason for Lack of Story Updates

As the months have gone on, I'm sure that there are a couple thinking as to where the next chapter of Dying Embers is and why I have not done any sort of update at all this year. (Probably only about 10 people, but who is counting :pinkiecrazy:)

    New Commission

Here it is, the new commission work created again by the talented MorphineZombie.

The Pony Bobby is now fully out on the beat with Trottingham Police all while donning the trademark custodian helmet. You can't be a British Bobby if you're not wearing the lid we all love to hate :rainbowlaugh:.

    New cover art

Dying Embers has got some new flashy cover art!

I think it looks amazing and I can't thank MorphineZombie enough for the great work and effort put into it. You can also see the first depiction of Sunny and Chaser as they take centre stage.

    Story Commissions

Over the time of writing my two main stories, I have wanted to do a couple of small short stories here and there.
I have decided that I will start to take commissions for users who wish to have a story created using any characters (Cannon or OC) and exploring many different types of genre.

Quick update · 1:45pm Jul 15th, 2017

First of all, I want to say thank you to everyone who wished me well on my recovery. It's great to see that so many of you out there care, I can't thank you enough for your support.

On 4th July I was involved in an RTC (Road Traffic Collision) after going out for a meal with friends and colleagues. The taxi I was in was hit by a driver who was found to be nearly 3 times over the legal limit. I was trapped in the rear of the car as the door crumpled around my leg, my left arm was also injured as a result of the crash. I was cut out by the Fire Service and airlifted to Hospital.

I've currently had two operations on my leg for a broken Tibia and one on my left arm in order to repair tendon damage in my left wrist which was restricting my hand movement. I've also been left in bed with three cracked vertebra on my lower back, but this hasn't required surgery.

Thankfully, I've been informed that the injuries shouldn't be permanent and that I should recover. I'm due to be discharged just before the end of the month where I'll be stuck around the house for weeks.

Dying Embers will not be coming to an end, once I'm able to type I shall resume work on the story. (It actually took me nearly 20 mins just to type up to this point on my laptop.)

Thank you all again for your support.

Jesus christ mate, three times over the damn limit? I don't know what the limit is over there but here it's 0.05%, which is pretty bad if you're three times over.

It's great to hear that you're on the road to recovery, and I wish you the best!

Glad to hear you're doing well!

Should we start calling you Bobbybandage?
