Fate of the Sequel and Other News · 3:07am Jul 15th, 2017
Ello loves! So, no doubt some of you are wondering where the hell the sequel to A Pony Displaced: Another Path is, given I promised one forever and then some ago. The simple fact of the matter is, I quit trying to do it.
For whatever reason, my perceived obligation not to let any readers awaiting the sequel down got too overwhelming and started to impact my health for the worse (specifically, it made me REALLY depressed) so I have separated myself from it.
That said, not all this news is bad.
Alticron, who some of you may know as my editor/proofreader/co-writer/favored Canadian, has decided to pick up the story where I fell off.
As things stand, he plans to try and release a chapter every 3 weeks after release (which I think is coming up) and that he will try hard to do this sequel justice. He is also looking for editors/proofreaders for grammar and punctuation, so if that's something you can/would do, hit him up.
I personally have every bit of confidence and then some (I have no doubt you all will as well after you see the bonus chapter he wrote) in him and ask that you all give him a chance.
Do you plan to keep writing other things? I remember your enthusiasm when first starting off with APD and the fun I had helping edit that. Hope to see more of your stuff in the future! Onwards!
