    New History Chapter

Back from the dead to bring you another chapter of History Reimagined! Sorry it's been so long. Real life still sucks, plus last semester was crazy busy even before 2020 went completely off the rails and into the dump before getting struck with lightning and catching fire.

    New Horsewords! Yay!

So I got tired of making blog posts that never led to any actual content, so I did it in reverse order: Content first. Guess what? It worked.

    History Re-edited

Hey guys! I'm going to resume writing for History Reimagined very soon. (And I know I've said that several times now, but no seriously, I mean it this time.) Now, asking you to reread everything that came before could come across as rude, but honestly, it's probably necessary. And maybe not just necessary for you guys but for me as well, as there may be a few minor details I've forgotten

Hey guys, and welcome back to another Fandom Music Friday! My writing projects are moving along well enough, though I may have underestimated the word count on my highest priority fanfic, thus causing a small delay. Not to worry; I am in fact making progress. In the meantime, let's talk about this week's featured music.

Give any fandom enough time, and people will start leaving. That is what appears to be the case with today's piece of music. Fortunately, there's more than one way to access music, and if you know your way around YouTube and you know where to look, it's not always impossible to find some of these things. "Chrissi's Lullaby" was originally written by one Jeff Burgess, but a YouTube search of his name takes me to one Moon Rock Records. "Ok," I thought to myself, "well sometimes when a channel changes name, YouTube will keep the former name in the URL." The URL sports not the name Jeff Burgess, but "VulpicideFilms." Curious. The singer, the one and only EileMonty, still retains her YouTube channel, of course.

This was the only publically available version I was able to find. Granted the original is available in the video's description, but it's an unlisted video. I'm not sure why the video is unlisted, but I will respect the privacy of the original artist in regards to their channel. Big thanks to MrStronger91 for reuploading the video publicly. It would be a shame to lose this song permanently. It's a pretty little Chrysalis song, displaying her tender, kindhearted, and even motherly side towards her hive--her children. And for those of you who have figured out YouTube's right-click features, this song loops beautifully. True to its name, it is of course a lullaby. Extended use of this song on low volume levels may lead to increased drowsiness. Please listen responsibly.

Star Wars: Clone Wars crossover/colab: (priority--high)
Blog with link to the story
          Goal: ~11-12K words
          Progress: 9.8K words
          Remaining chapters: 1
Projected release date: <1 week (Last week's estimate of the same amount of time was based on a projected word count of 10K. Apparently, I'm longwinded.)

History Lesson Bonus/Cut Content: (priority--medium)
          Projected: ~3-5K words
          Progress: 1.6K words

History Reimagined: (priority--low)
          Goal: very approx. 65K+ words
          Progress: 13.7K words
Started on my cover art!
Projected chapters: approx. 10 (?) (Might make chapters smaller than in History Lesson)
          Release date: Fall 2017
