No, you didn't read that wrong. Yes, I have a new Sunlight story out right now! Only it's not just my story. I'm co-author with my awesome friend allykitty for the new story, Comparing Notes! 
We've been working on this for a while and the first couple chapters are now out. The events within are canon for my SunLight series and just one part of even more SunLight stories I plan to be working on soon. Allykitty has been making a huge and quite epic series of Sunlight stories for some time now. I totally recommend checking those out as well if you haven't already!

Warhammer 40k too. xD Oh I fondly remember the days of binge playing Dawn of War skirmish matches. Intentionally cranking up the difficulty, playing as the Guard, and selecting maps friendly to trench warfare. Just so I could have that good ol experience of taking meter by bloody meter.
I also painted my squads after popular cereal colors and gave them names like "Cocoa Puffs of Death." I fought the eldar who were named "Fruity Pebbles."
