Just a quick blogpost to announce the contest HAS OFFICIALLY ENDED.
I'll do another one tomorrow to explain judging process and times and whatnot, but for now, thank you so much for participating to those of you who did. The turnout was MUCH LARGER than I expected, and I'M VERY EXCITED AND HAPPY AND ALSO LMAO THERE'S FIVE RARITWI STORIES IN THE FEATURE BOX AND LIKE SIX IN THE POPULAR BOX THIS IS A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE

While I won't deny that it being a contest has added a competitive edge that's currently dissuading me from actually reading the deluge of best ship that we've inundated the site with, I really want to thank you for this.
The contest really helped drag me out of a bit of a creative slump, the generous deadline and extension meant that there really was enough time for ideas to develop without too much stress, and eventually, at some point, possibly, someone other than all the people with massive amounts of followers might get some views out of this contest!
Kinda glad I didn't offer to help judge...
