Name: Sonata Dusk

Weight: 110 lbs
Date of Birth: 05 / 25 / 1011
Age: "Uh...I forgot." (Physically: 21 years old)
Lover: "Don't have one...but I will someday!"
Bio: The youngest of the three sirens, where her sisters are arrogant and disgruntled, Sonata is very chipper and optimistic, though considering the company she usually hangs around its somewhat of a requisite. While Aria and Adagio tend to enjoy things like isolation and very lavish and expensive activities, Sonata is a simpler siren, wholeheartedly enjoying life's simple pleasures, especially when said pleasures involve the consumption of food. However, despite her simple personality lies layers of character that most people won't realize at first glance. For starters, Sonata hates being alone, will go to great lengths to avoid being so. Not only that, she doesn't appreciate being ignored or slighted and will become extremely vindictive if she feels as if she's been slighted. Fortunately, Sonata's occasional ditziness prevents these moments from occurring too frequently.
Unlike her sisters, Sonata's demeanor hasn't changed much since the loss of her gem. Sure there are her occasional days where she feels a little more down than usual, but they are few and far in between. After all, Sonata has more memories of the human world than she does of her time in Atlantis and such she is more acclimated to the human world and the various cultures that come with it. That being said, just because she's extremely acclimated to the human world doesn't mean that her sisters are and as a result, there are moments where her ramblings are seen as nonsense by them.
Now if she could get them to reconcile...
Powers & Abilities
Enhanced Lung Capacity: Due to being a siren, Sonata has a very large lung capacity that enables her to hold their breath underwater for hours at a time. However, due to her human world changing her into that of a human, she can only hold it for 10 minutes at a time.
Innate Singing / Musical Ability: Sonata are naturally musically gifted and are born with perfect pitch. While the general belief is that sirens are only able to sing well because of their gem, this is actually false. Their singing ability is directly tied to the belief in their own singing ability. The less confidence they have in their singing the more off-key they sound.
Enhanced Vision: Sonata’s eyesight is developed to where it can see underwater with extreme clarity. However, such ability is lessened in her human body.
Enhanced Hearing: Sonata also possess exceptional hearing, being able to filter out background noise and focus on a single object with precision. Unlike her vision, this ability is maintained within her human form albeit on a reduced level.
Former Abilities
Energy Absorption: Singing causes the magical properties within Sonata's gem to activate and act as a conduit to the magical energy around her, growing stronger depending on how much energy was drawn and who it was drawn from. If enough energy is drawn, Sonata can copy her victim's powerset and even take on a form similar to theirs.
Mind Control: By drawing negative energy into her gem, Sonata can cast spells and take control of a person’s mind and bend them to her will. However because of the nature of the magic used to power said spells, her negative qualities are amplified.
Sonic Scream: After absorbing enough negative energy Sonata can let out an ultrasonic scream. The volume and power of said scream are dependent on how much energy was gathered and how much power is put into the scream.
Rejuvenation: Sonata can revitalize herself by singing a simple tune. These tunes draw energy from her desired target and depending on whether the energy drawn was positive or negative, affects how much it replenishes and strengthens her.
Levitation / Flight: Sonata gains the ability to levitate once she absorbs a large amount of energy. Absorbing more energy allows her to achieve a limited yet effective form of flight.
Immortality: Sonata's final and strongest ability. Continuously drawing negative energy halts Sonata's aging process and renders her immortal so as long as she continues drawing negative energy. However, this act is strictly forbidden among sirens due to it causing the user to be slowly influenced by said negative energy.
4548761 You know what...you make a very fair argument. XD
Clearly, I like making sirens angry at me.
