I've missed school for almost a week

I had a "cold" then I was struck with the flu yesterday, felt like I was being stabbed in the stomach, threw up three times and ended up going to the ERWas crying when they stuck a needle up my arm because I hate needles, injected me with some fluids and stuff that made my arm cold. Nobody from school has messaged me All the work I'll have to do on Monday because of my bitch ass wanting a day off for being "sick" (I just had allergies the first two days) and then Karma actually makes me sick I had a CAT scan and shit, all they found was a cist on my ovary. I feel done. School's gonna be awkward on Monday, people walking up to me and being like "Bruh I thought you were dead/moved" or "Look at all the stuff you missed". Pls help me.
