Melodies of Life and type of Final Fantasy · 1:44am May 9th, 2017
After doing some thinking, I think the best Final Fantasy song to fit Final Fantasy: Equestrian Chronicles is Melodies of Life, from Final Fantasy 9. I mean I think the lyrics fit the tone of MLP and this crossover universe I have made. Does anyone agree with me? Also as you know there are three kinds of Final Fantasy settings: Medevil, Modern, and Middle. Least that is what I am calling them. Medieval is for the earlier Final Fantasy's and Final Fantasy 9. You know, having a more traditional fantasy setting Modern is for the later Final Fantasy's. You know? Keeping fantasy elements but having modern conveniences like electricity, television, and cars. And then Middle, which is sort of fantasy oriented, but has advanced technology, but not to the extent of Modern Final Fantasy's. Personally I think my story is more of a Middle. I mean sure it's fantasy oriented, but technology has advanced in Equestria to the point that they have airships, and as you later see, there are more technological advances.
Again thanks for all those who have faved this story. Sure it is still unknown, but I am glad there are a few people who enjoy this story.
From reading this I imagine a mixture between FF9 and FF: Crystal Chronicles in terms of setting and the world
4525519 Ah with the Chaos Mist. You know? I often imagined what a crossover between Final Fantasy and Crystal Chronicles would be like. There are a lot of relations between the Miasma and the Chaos Mist, but the difference is that the Chaos Mist though spreading throughout Equestria, isn't making the world entirely inhospitable. Pony civilization is still there, just the added dangers in the world don't make it entirely peaceful.
4525587 so it spawns monsters like the mist in FF9 but wouldn't cause illness for extended exposure
4525659 Well as you see later, huge amounts can cause mutations.
4525666 mmk so it will be a little worse then the mist in 9 cause the worse it did was spawn monsters and could make people with weak constitutions ill if overexposed.
