I need a life-changing surgery in order to regain control of both my mind and sanity. The expenses for this surgery average out at about 20,000 USD, and it impacts every aspect of my life.
If I was able to raise the money for this surgery, not only would I be eternally happier, but I would be able to write with far greater frequency for the stories that I've written and am currently writing.
Even a dollar would help me greatly. Seriously! It may not seem like much (About the price of a gum package in America) but if every person that had read one of my stories donated a dollar today, I would be close to 16,000 USD closer to my goal, and the surgery I need.

gotta say, that $100 reward tier is mighty tempting...
however that would be a full quarter of my current spare income, and i'm expecting to be paying down a hotel bill next month and the one after, so $20 will have to suffice for now.

),I see no reason, why anyone should be offended or angry, with your decision (I will not say that, I have no mixed feelings about this topic or think it is completely normal but in the end, what counts is only what kind of person are you.......also God loves all of us

4522286 FWIW, I correctly guessed most of the details of the surgery in question before seeing the comments. There are really only a very few surgeries that are life-changing and affect the mind/sanity, and pretty much all the others have to do with fixing serious brain problems that usually prevent you from doing much of anything but lying helplessly in a hospital bed.
Unfortunately, I am not at all confident that the surgery will help you long-term (that is, for more than a few years) the way you expect, and would urge you to consider other options. I do hope and will pray that your mind and body align properly and you find lasting peace.
I earnestly urge you, please do not get this surgery. I suspect that, should you get the surgery, once the high of "doing something" has worn off, your other existing problems will remain, and you will have added a new set of problems. Take it from someone who thought himself a robot in his mind for a significant part of his life: your body will always be what it is, no matter how much plastic surgery you apply to it.

I always hated that episode of South Park. Not because of Mr/Ms Garrison, but because it was just really really OOC for everyone. Especially Kyle (and I guess his father) South Park is never really in reality as it were, but that episode was just awful and a little too surreal and silly and another of my friends hated it too.
