    Pony crossover idea #798YH~6

You know, I looked for both stories and pictures involving Quibble Pants and Happy in some fashion, either fused or swapped or next to each other. And maybe it's partly because "happy" is a word that sees enough use, but I kinda came up empty.

Puzzle story preview coming shortly. Still need to cap it off and excerpt it, then ask a favor.

This green check mark isn't really feeling me.

This story isn't supposed to be two years old with only two chapters out. The events were/are going to span a couple months. I wanted to have fun with it, not wear it like an albatross.

    *grumble*

I may have a prologue out before December. Maybe I can put out some one-shots with a lack of polish.

I think part of my problem is I have a fear of first drafts. I don't know what they look like, and I try to skip them entirely. I don't suppose any of you can point me towards some collection of first drafts alongside their completed states, can you?

    Pony of Interest

"We were sent here by a superintelligent, benevolent..." Reese briefly considered how accurate to be here, eventually settling for a catchall term: "...magical device, which routinely provides us with sparse information on our task."

"Huh," said Rainbow Dash, "you too? Ours is a crystal table that projects a map."

Also, examples of camp. I'm trying to write a non-Dan story packed with puzzles, and I've decided it makes sense to approach it as unseriously as a musical. Problem is, I'm starting it out more serious than I want, and I know that's going to propagate through the rest of the pages. Heck, it's already happening in Dan Vs. King Sombra. It's not easy to turn off.

Relaxing while being productive. I'd really like that to be easier.

(Also, I'm one riddle short on the puzzle story. Then I have more steps to fill in. But that's longer term, so I'm not worrying about that yet.)
